This is where I will be sharing content and resources from my monthly blog posts which will consist of: worksheets, book recommendations, meditations, 30-day challenges and/or videos that I find to be helpful.

I chose "The 5 Love Languages" book (see affiliate link below) and the quiz you can take for free HERE to find out your love language. As I said in my blog, I suggest you take the singles quiz first, to use it as a starting place on your self-love journey.
I also chose the book "Coffee Self-Talk" (find it linked below) because I think it's a great way to begin talking to ourselves in a more loving manner. She offers great scripts and also guides you to write your own and you recite them while drinking your morning coffee! What a great way to start the day.
I am committing to doing "Yoga with Adriene's 30-day Yoga Camp Challenge. You can find the playlist HERE:
I chose this challenge because I have been wanting to add Yoga consistently to my daily routine for quite a long time. I think committing to daily gently movement is a nice way to show yourself love, I have been slacking for long enough! Adriene uses affirmations in each of the daily videos <3
I will also choosing a few meditations around this topic to do too. I will share the ones I am using in my weekly social media posts. One meditation app I LOVE is Insight Timer, they have a library full of 70,000+
FREE meditations to choose from.
Another great resource is YouTube not only for meditations but listening to self love frequency music 432hz or 528hz is a great place to start. You can incorporate it during the day when you're doing chores or doing work on your computer. It's so peaceful and it raises your vibe!

As you can tell, I am SUPER excited to dive into this months content and resources. I truly believe that just these few small changes done daily over the month will make great improvements on how we love ourselves.
I hope YOU are as excited to get started, BUT I also hope to be able to continue to incorporate
them beyond the month of February.
